Electrical systems – design, manufacture and install
iioTek’s expertise and technical knowledge ensures that we are a reliable partner on any project from design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning. We work closely with our partners to ensure that the design of a project is customised to your needs and offers an achievable balance between operation and capital costs. With decades of experience, the iioTek team can deliver complete electrical engineering solutions in almost every industry.
iioTek can design your complete electrical system and tailor each design to your unique requirements and specifications. This includes piping and instrumentation diagram, or P&ID, showing all the piping and related components of your physical process flow. We provide a robust project management process by ensuring that any changes made to the Master P&ID are agreed by all parties, before distributing. This ensures all parties are working to the same P&ID and project costs remain under control.
We can design and manufacture a wide range of wardrobe and cubicle type control panels, including Form 4. Panels range from single pushbutton stations through to complete panel suites and process lines. The panels are built from approved electrical panel design drawings, which detail all components in a parts list, cable schedules and sizes, terminal numbers, etc. The panel design, manufacturing and testing procedures are fully covered to BS EN ISO 9000:2000. iioTek can handle all types of site modifications from single circuits to complete system upgrades.
When your system is ready to be connected to the control panel, our control systems electricians will arrive on site to carry out the work. Once your machine has been wired, our electricians will carry out tests on the control circuits, power supplies, as well as testing the inputs and outputs to the control system.
Once this is complete, our software engineers will arrive to install and commission the control software for the machine. We will also carry out training on the control system for both operators and maintenance personnel.
Your final documentation will include the declaration of conformity for CE marking, operators and maintenance manuals, electrical schematics, software files and recommended spares listings plus technical documentation of component parts used within the control system.
We will then continue to be there for you throughout the life of your installation.
